A1: The average delivery time for standard models of products is 15 working days (Qty＜200kits).

A2: The average delivery time for special versions of products is 30 working days (200kits≤Qty＜800kits).

A: Quick confirm your rail system (SL or HL or VL) as the first setting on the control box, then the "AAS" (Auto Adaptive System) will identify the door's "Lift type & Height & Balance Status) after the travel limit learned.

AAS will smart calculate a most matching program to set the "PEAK FORCE" & "OPEN/CLOSE speed" & "SOFT START/SOFT STOP ranges" automaticly. Surely, People can change any settimg follow the instruction manual if necessary.
